01 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and mcluck ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mcluck platform — whether via website, mobile app, or any other device — you agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to refrain from using the mcluck platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the mcluck platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or platform ban list of any relevant regulatory body.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not registering on behalf of any third party or using another person's identity.
• Use of the platform is subject to the laws applicable in your country or region of residence.

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. mcluck reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to suspend accounts that submit false information until verification is complete.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is part of the mcluck platform's security standards. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, utility bill or bank statement for address verification, and in some cases, a selfie with your identification document. This process is in place to protect players and maintain a safe platform environment.

03 Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the mcluck platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining funds.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensuring that no other party uses your account without authorization.
• Notifying the mcluck support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Updating your personal information if any changes occur.

Mcluck will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to a mcluck account are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The mcluck platform supports a variety of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including online bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other e-payment methods listed in the platform's deposit section.

The deposit-related terms are as follows:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated in the platform's deposit section and are subject to change from time to time.
• Deposited funds must belong to the registered user — depositing using another person's account or card is strictly prohibited.
• Mcluck does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
• Successful deposits will be credited to the player's account within the timeframe specified for each selected payment method.
• Mcluck reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit that requires additional verification.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Players may request a withdrawal at any time through the withdrawal section in their account. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must first be met.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the name of the verified account holder — withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.

• Wagering requirement must be fully met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

• Mcluck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, even if the offer is still within its active period.

07 Game Rules

All games available on the mcluck platform — including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and table games — have their own rules accessible within the respective game interface. Generally, the following rules apply to all games:

• All mcluck casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.
• Results displayed on the mcluck platform are final. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the incident.
• For sports betting, the applicable odds are those in effect at the time the bet is accepted by the mcluck system, not the odds shown when the player first enters the bet slip.
• Mcluck reserves the right to void or modify any bet placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools for the purpose of playing or placing bets is strictly prohibited.

08 Prohibited Activities

Users of the mcluck platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Fraud, identity falsification, or impersonation of another user.
• Using illegally obtained funds or engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Using automated software, scripts, or bots to place bets or play games.
• Threatening, harassing, or distributing harmful content to staff or other players.
• Any action intended to disrupt the functionality, security, or reputation of the mcluck platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all account balances (including winnings), and legal action where necessary.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the mcluck platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, user interfaces, images, videos, and audio — is the exclusive property of mcluck or our licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or republishing any platform content without written permission from mcluck.
• Using the mcluck trade name, logo, or brand identity for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Reverse engineering the software or systems of the mcluck platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

Mcluck provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, mcluck shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Third-party actions including hackers, money launderers, or parties who misuse the platform.
• Game or betting outcomes that are unsatisfactory to the player, provided those outcomes are fair and in accordance with the rules.

11 Account Termination

Mcluck reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause, including:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
• Requests from a regulatory body or relevant authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time through the account settings section or by contacting the mcluck support team. Any valid fund balance (excluding bonuses with unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the user in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to completed identity verification.

12 Privacy & Data

Mcluck takes the protection of our players' personal data seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is subject to Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and should be read together with this document.

13 Changes to Terms
